3 Cricketeers creates gourmet chocolate treats, caramel popcorn, and savory, crunchy snacks made with our food-grade crickets raised at our urban cricket farm in MPLS, MN. Our mission is to re-introduce the world to this planet-friendly alternative protein one delicious bite at a time! Founders Chad and Claire Simons got the bug after their son brought home a cricket cookie on Earth Day, and 3 Cricketeers was born. Local curiosity turned into national interest, and now we work with restaurants, universities, attractions, and retailers all across the country. You’ll even find our crickets at James Beard Award-winning restaurants. Our products are handmade with locally sourced organic ingredients & Rainforest Alliance certified chocolate. We use our regeneratively farmed crickets to enhance the flavor and texture of classic treats customers already love. Good for you, good for the planet
